Shipping Care
We ensure your products are packaged and shipped with utmost care. Shipping within India typically takes 7-10 business days.
International shipping takes 12-15 business days.
Couriers
- Domestic: Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Amazon Shipping to service approximately 15000+ pincodes across India.
- International: DHL Express
Shipping Charges
- Free within India for orders over INR 2500. However if you choose Cash on Delivery - there will be a nominal COD Charge applicable
- For orders under INR 1000 shipping will be Rs 150/-
- International: Charges based on location, weight, and volume.
Duties & Taxes
- International orders: Duties & taxes not included and payable by the customer upon delivery.
- Indian GST: Included in prices.
Tracking
We provide a tracking number once your order is shipped. Track your order on the shipping agency’s website or under your account.
Non-Availability
If unavailable during delivery, inform us to delay shipment. Uncollected international orders may incur additional costs.
Refunds & Returns
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Products can be exchanged within 7 days or a credit note issued (valid for 6 months).
- Products must be unused, with tags intact.
- Discounted items are non-returnable.
- International returns may face logistical issues and duties/taxes must be borne by the customer.
