Refund policy
We reserve the right to cancel an order even after payment has been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of the goods does not meet our standards. Should we exercise this right, the customer will receive a full refund via the original payment method.
After receiving your product, you have 3 days to decide if you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer solutions such as exchanging the product for one of equal or higher value. If you prefer to delay your purchase, we can issue a credit note for the same amount, valid for 6 months. We will send a reminder before the credit note expires, as we understand that reminders can be helpful. Please note that the credit note will not include the shipping costs incurred during the initial purchase.
Discounted and customized items can only be returned or exchanged if the product is damaged.
If you receive a package with any of the following issues:
1. Damaged product 2. Incomplete order 3. Empty box 4.Incorrect item
you will be refunded the amount equivalent to the missing or damaged item 15-20 days. The refund will be processed only if you provide a video of the package being opened, clearly showing the AWB number and the brand name on the shipping label. If the required proof is not provided, The Little Details will not be liable for a refund.

The product should be unused, clean, and in an unstained condition. Tags and labels should be intact.

Our delivery partner will pick up the product from you within 3-4 business days. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be made once you provide your bank details. Refunds will cover only the product value, not the shipping costs. Refunds will be processed only after the product is received at our warehouse and passes our quality checks.
At The Little Details, we strive to provide the finest quality products. However, like most natural textiles, our fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading, or dye-lot variations. Our metals are prone to eroding is exposed to water when advised against it.
The actual product color may vary from the images shown. Different monitors and mobile displays can show colors differently, and lighting conditions during photography can also affect color appearance. The Little Details cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately represents the true color of the product.
